I'm Ezzard Glenn Jr., 32, the owner and project lead behind Faith & Foundations. I work alongside my father, carrying forward the practical knowledge, work ethic, and attention to detail our family has developed through more than 20 years of combined industry experience.
Our work began in Sanford, Florida, where reputation was personal and the quality of a relationship mattered as much as the finished result. In 2026, we chose to grow Faith & Foundations, expand our services, and help more homeowners across Central Florida.
My role is to listen, help shape a clear plan, coordinate the work, and keep communication straightforward from the first conversation through completion.
